iOS, iPhone, iPad Email Setup

This tutorial will guide through the process of setting up your email within iOS (including iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch) based on Version 6.1.3.  To create a new email address, you can do so within the provided Control Panel or you may request assistance by contacting us.

Outlook Email Instructions

To set up your email account in your iOS smartphone (iPhone) or tablet (iPad), please follow the instructions below:

  1. Unlock your device and go to Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
  3. Tap Add Account...
  4. Tap Other.
  5. Tap Add Mail Account.
  6. Enter Your Name, Email Address, Password, and Description then tap Next.
  7. Tap POP.
  8. Under Incoming Mail Server, enter your Host Name as (replace, User Name (your full email address) and Password.
  9. Under Outgoing Mail Server, enter your Host Name as (replace, User Name (your full email address) and Password.
  10. Tap Save and the device will show the message Verifying.
  11. When you get a message "Cannot Verify Server Identity", tap Continue.
  12. You are read to send and receive emails from the Mail app.

If you are having problems, please check the following:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. On the Settings screen, tap on the Description you gave to the account.
  3. Make sure that the Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail server are (replace  If the Outgoing Mail Server is showing another address, please tap on this option. Then tap on Add Server and enter your Host Name as (replace, User Name (your full email address) and Password. Tap Save and make sure that this SMTP Server is set as the Primary Server.

  6. Set Authentication to Password.
  7. Set Server Port to 587.

If you don't see any messages, send yourself an email. To make sure you can send messages, try composing an email and sending it to yourself.
