45% Tax Credit for Websites

Malta Enterprise has re-launched the MicroInvest 45% tax credit incentive covering the period between 2014 and 2020.

The scope of this scheme is to encourage businesses to invest in their business, to innovate, expand, and implement compliance directives or to develop their operations. Companies (including self-employed) which do not employ more than 30 persons and with a turnover not exceeding €10 Million may apply for a tax credit equivalent to 45% of eligible expenditure (65% for companies in Gozo).
